Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery are handled by the carrier selected by the customer at checkout. The RA Bookstore is not responsible for any delivery errors.

Please note that USPS Media Mail is not an insured shipping method, and as such the RA Bookstore cannot cover the cost of replacement books in the case of damage or loss. 

Non-US / Canada (International) Shipping Policy

The RA Bookstore cannot guarantee international shipping to countries outside the US and Canada, as high costs and likelihood of loss are a concern. Many international customers choose to ship their books to individuals who are visiting the US or Canada so that they can bring them back to their home country in their luggage. 

International shipping outside of the US and Canada is available on a case-by-case basis by direct request. All customers are required to accept full responsibility for orders once they are picked up from our warehouse, and we advise that customers who are ordering internationally take insurance as we cannot be held responsible for loss or non-delivery.
